Dr. Bijan Khajehpour is a seasoned strategy advisor with 25+ years of experience in global consulting. He is an entrepreneur with a successful track record in IT, energy, and consulting. Bijan is an expert on international energy strategy and geopolitics. He is interested in developing business ideas that connect West Asia to the DACH region where he currently lives and works. He undertook his graduate studies in Management and Economy in Germany and the UK and holds a DBA from the International School of Management in Paris and is dedicated to leveraging his international network to create technological and economic value in Vienna.

Martin Wenzel is an accomplished executive leader with extensive experience across Europe, Asia, and the Middle East. He has a strong track record in technology, payments and banknotes, and AI-driven innovation in global markets. Martin serves on the boards of banknote and high-security printing companies in the UAE and brings deep expertise in market expansion across MENA and Asia. Passionate about disruptive technologies, he partners with visionary founders who deliver operational excellence. Educated in Germany and the UK (MBA), he continues to advance his expertise in AI and Governance and supports responsible, hands-on scaling aligned with WAIP’s mission.

Abdulla Saif Alhasawi is a seasoned development and innovation expert with 28 years of extensive leadership experience across multiple ministries in the UAE.
He specializes in establishing institutional innovation cultures, managing large-scale innovation frameworks, and building organizational capabilities. An expert Anti-Money Laundering Specialist (AMLS) certified by the Abu Dhabi Global Market Academy, Abdulla has held key leadership positions, including Chief Innovation Officer and Director of Tenders and Contracts. Currently, he serves as a Board Member of the Umm Al Quwain Chamber and the Board of Trustees for the Saud bin Rashid Al Mualla Foundation. Deeply passionate about financial literacy, Abdulla is a certified trainer and life coach in personal financial planning, and an active content creator dedicated to individual financial awareness. Educated in the UAE and the UK, he holds a Bachelors in Accounting and completed the Government Innovation Experts Program at the University of Cambridge.

Nasser Al Ali is a senior executive with over 30 years of leadership experience in security, business continuity, operational resilience, and organizational governance across the UAE. He has held leadership positions with Aldar Retail Management, Oumolat Security Printing, Al Tayer Group, Emirates NBD, and the UAE Ministry of Interior, leading strategic initiatives in security operations, crisis management, business continuity, and operational excellence. Nasser is a Business Continuity professional with extensive expertise in enterprise resilience, risk management, and integrated security systems. Passionate about innovation and technology, he has also co-founded ventures focused on retail solutions, facilities management, and digital transformation, supporting organizations in enhancing operational performance and long-term resilience.
